Robin Suomi, a small business specialist, and Arthur Thompson, an insurance specialist, will answer these and other questions essential for successfully starting a small business. Loudoun SBDC Refund Policy: As a general policy, there are no refunds. If an emergency occurs and you notify Loudoun SBDC prior to the seminar, credit may be given toward a future seminar, good for up to 6 months. If no prior notice is given, no refunds or credits will be issued. If the Loudoun SBDC cancels a seminar, registrants may choose to apply their payment to a future seminar or request a refund.
